Anyone have first hand experience? I see that some YouTube reviews say that it just gets you wet not hot enough and have difficulty on getting you hot waist and above as well.

It says it only goes up to 115F. You want at least 160 for a proper sauna.

I recently bought this steam sauna and I use it daily after the gym. Paid $150 but fully worth it in my opinion.

Steam saunas generally only go to 115 degrees F. The steam can't get any hotter. If you want a dry sauna with higher temps you need to spend a lot more. I have used both steam and dry saunas and I find either one works great. I don't have the space for a dry sauna set-up in my house so the steam sauna is the perfect solution.

No water collects at the bottom. I simply put a towel on the floor and replace it daily.

The only downside is the little foldable chair that comes with the sauna. It is too low and not comfortable. So I bought this teak wood bench at Costco.

Much more comfortable and 18" is the perfect height.

I have a steam sauna because the price was affordable over any dry sauna, and did not have room for a dry sauna. I also replaced the tiny chair with a common foldable sling-type chair so I can be comfortable with back support . Grok AI said that while there are no studies about steam sauna that compare with the studies of dry sauna for health benefits, it concluded the high humidity of steam sauna would induce good amount of sweating and would have significant health benefits. The dome shape of this one may allow for higher temperature to be reached. I have a 36x36x70 inch steam sauna and can only reach 105F because the volume is unnecessarily larger.

Use Grok AI for suggesting on how to increase the temperature of you steam sauna... I'm going to use some of the passive tips. But may shop around for a higher energy output steaming device to replace the one mine came with.

Grok AI: Realistic Things You Can Do (Best → Least Effective)

Add a second steamer device.

Reduce heat loss dramatically
Put a thick blanket or moving blanket over the entire top and all four sides (leave just the zipper area open).
Put a thick towel or yoga mat under the plastic floor mat.
Stuff towels around the hose entry hole and along the bottom zipper.
Close or cover the top vent hole with tape or a towel.
