Game had a lot of promise but a lot of the gameplay just seems repetitive and boring. It might be worth $30 if you're the type of person who normally buys games at or near full price.

For me, $30 is top-end price for a console game, so I'd wait until this is $10 or less.

I was initially thinking $20 but $10 sounds about right.

I watched some people play this just to laugh at how bad the gameplay is. This is an unfortunate release for Star wars fans. I would recommend not purchasing

Agree with other comments, this is still about $20 too much.

LOL what sort of stuff are you smoking? It takes years for games to get to even $20 these days even with they're not great.
I'm a patient gamer, and I buy games on a discount. Haven't paid $70 for a single title, but saying $30 is a top tier console game seems super weird and suspect to me. I was paying $60 for top tier console games 23 years ago as a teenager. I think $60 23 years later is more than reasonable lmao.

But getting these epic, 100+hr of content games with state of the art graphics for $30? that's the cheapest hobby in the world.

Took the family to the movies to see sonic 3 the other day, and dropped $100. For 2hrs of fun.

I can buy this game for $30, spend how ever many hours I want with it, and still flip it for 10-15 dollars effectively making my "fun" only cost 15 bucks or so.

I got this game for Christmas. It's not bad, just not on the level of the Jedi games.

It's basically Tomb Raider with a Star Wars spin to it.

If you like stealth missions, getting caught and then having to backtrack up to 30 minutes, this is the game for you!

I've been interested in this game at a discounted price for a while now. I was initially and (still am) a little put off by this games art direction. Some issues with Ubisoft games lately politically speaking have been annoying too.

That said, I'm able to recognize my own bias. This is a solid 75% game on Meta critic. Digital Foundry placed it as #3 best graphics of the year in 2024. That recently moved it back up on my radar.

I have some IRL friends that beat this game, asked them what they thought. They said it's a solid "good" game. Not great.

Just got best buy chat to price match. I'll add to this to the backlog for $29. Plus, I'd rather Ubisoft not go out of business like they're about to.

I rented it through gamefly when it released and returned it next day. The stealth was awful and the gameplay was boring. I'm gonna wait until it's under $20 like all other Ubislop games. There have been several updates recently to make the game better.

Majority of games typically start dropping at the 1 year mark to $20. It works for me, Ubisoft games just tend to have more sales hovering at a certain price point.
