They said they wanted me to send back the leaky bottle that the other agent had me throw away. Then offered a replacement instead. as for the cookies they wanted me to note to not ship it in a paper bag but because it's subscription I can't and they can't replace so I got credit. (at least this is what they said, I hope they follow through this time.
