Had this for a few years. Works decent but water is only kinda warm not hot. My older Coco was hotter

Plastic is porous... aka once something gets on it, it never really gets out, search for ceramic instead.

Was able to price match to Home Depot so I can use Discover 5% CB on Home Improvement Stores. Took some time because the model on HD is BB-2000W and on Amazon it is just BB2000. Sent screenshots, they had to get a Manager involved, but it was granted. Did it over online chat after placing the order.
