One really important thing to note, and the reason I cancelled my subscription, is that effective March 1st 2025, instacart+ members no longer get reduced service fees. I just checked and my order from Costco on Dec 1 had a service fee of $5.75, which was reduced to a dollar and change because of instacart+. Be prepared to pay that entire fee come March.

I would highly recommend keeping an eye out in your email for promotions for stores. I had an ALDI $20 off $50 (not the highest discount), but I could use it three times. I used discounted gift cards from Costco too. The first two times I used that promotion I was not offered the $19 price. I used it last night, and the $19 membership finally showed up. I was going to pay $1.99 for store pickup but it was removed since I got the subscription. I also noticed in the app that I have $25 off $35 for restaurants I need to use.

If that's the same $25 off restaurant deal that I had (I think it is) it's actually not $25 off $35 0r more. It was 50% off of $35 or more with a max discount of $25.
So it would take a $50 order to get $25 off.

I started to order on that 'deal', but cancelled the order when I saw Instacart was charging approx $12.50 in an up front 'service fee' which was even before the other fees and tip added in.

I had both offers, a $25 off $35 and a 50% off $35. Also Instacart isn't charging those fees. It's Uber, also be warned if anything goes wrong with your order, Uber will not give you anything from support. We ordered and had 3 items missing, Uber said nothing we can due and support is horrible because you are going through instacart and instacart customer support can't do anything because they told me Uber is doing all the charges, fees, etc...

Will NOT order Uber Eats through Instacart again, promo code or not!

I enable notifications with the app because the amount of discounts you get are crazy, but you have to act fast because they limit them. Last night I got $25 off $35 food delivery order!🙃 My only issue is you can't use store gift cards 🫤 btw, their shoppers are great, I've never had a problem or issue. In fact some go over the top. I had an order of groceries delivered and she bought me flowers🤩 and no I wasn't charged for them! LOL

I do pick up also so the fees don't take away from the promo offer. So if I only use it for pickup, even thought this is a great deal, do I really need it 🤔?

It's cheaper to get then making dinner. $25 off $35. This also stacks with BOGO that you no longer can on UberEats and Postmates. Got 4 entrees at Honeygrow for $17.
