Owner of one NS-ZCC10 for almost 15 years here. I love this thing. I use it every week to make Jasmine rice and occasionally sushi rice. Add rice and water, push button, walk away.
Nothing tastes better than the rice cooked in this thing. 15+ years on mine, maybe close to 20. You can even be sloppy in your water/rice proportions and it still comes out OK.

I've also had this about 15 years, and it is a good rice cooker. The only minor complaint is the inner pot is on the lighter side which feels a little on the cheap side relative to higher end rice cookers. The coating has started to wear away on the bottom of the pot, but only where the food doesn't touch.
For Japanese rice cookers, this is a on the lower middle end of the spectrum, but higher end ones have features that probably make little difference to most people. Rice will be more or less as good.
Also have had this for 5 years and love it. It makes perfect brown rice which is tricky with other rice makers and rice can be kept warm for hours without changing texture or drying out.
Can replacement inner pans be bought for this unit? I've got a great Panasonic rice cooker that's served me well for ~10 years but the nonstick inner pan is starting to chip and they do not sell any replacement parts. Otherwise it's perfect and I hate to throw it away just because the inner pan is failing and can't be replaced. Hoping my next high quality rice cooker will have replacement parts available....

Have one from over ten years ago. Made in Japan. But the issue is with the inner pot, it does scratch over time and when we wanted to buy a replacement pot (~$60) it was extremely difficult to find. The issue is that zojirushi's website has been out of stock of the pot continuously for years. I tried to look off and on, whenever I remember, but I have never caught it in stock.
I have had this for 21 years and it is still going strong.
I bought the induction model today since the deal was too good, but now I'm thinking maybe just buy another neuro fuzzy (I need a second rice cooker for a vacation home). Anyone used both and have thoughts on this vs. https://www.amazon.com/dp/B0BXZ72MTM?th=1

If this is the crappy one made in China or elsewhere, then not a good deal at all.
