You're right, this is a 1080P display per the specs. The Exchange title is incorrect.
Resolution: 1,920 x 1,080

4K is not listed on the Samsung site

Sort by price low to high. It's on page 3. FYI, it's a "mini tree skirt" and it's only 12 inches. It does come in multiple colors and patterns though.

Slick deal in principal but the Frame has to be the worst TV I have ever owned and has ruined Samsung for me. Just replaced yet ANOTHER Frame TV <3 years in as the backlight failed. This is a true buyer beware item

No thanks, the 32" Samsung Frame TV is 1080 and 60 Hz has the same specs as TVs from about 20 years ago. Actually the plasma TVs back then had better specs.
