Is this compatible with DEWALT 10" Table saw DWE7491RS? (I am sure it is, but just want to hear an expert's opinion)

Thin kerf has less mass in the blade so there can be less stability, more vibration, less strength, etc. Can be being the key words, depending on your use case.
