I've had it for about 7 months with zero issues and before that used a family member's same pan who has had it for years and also doesn't have any issues with it (using theirs is why I got one myself).
If you only need one, the equivalent pan from Sam's Club is $13.98 [samsclub.com]. Even though they are branded as Member's Mark, they virtually identical to the Tramontina pan and also made in Brazil.

I've had mine too for years without issue on both electric glass and gas.
For all non-sticks pans, you're not supposed to use high heat, which will warp the bottom causing bowing and not sit flat
