$18 911 fee and $2.19 state sales tax in MA. $95.19 total.
Two months ago I signed up for Infimobile's $99 for one year (10 GB data a month and unlimited voice and text). It uses T-Mobile network for my area. Everything worked great so far.
This has been their "sale price" for months....
Like the $99/yr for 10G plan, which is a much better deal (about $2 more per month)

My problem with redpocket plan is that I am unable to receive group messages and pictures. They say it costs against your data. Is this an issue with this infimobile plan?

This is the same for all carriers, especially if you're using RCS.

It's been like this since MMS was introduced, though some carriers - especially before "data" was prevalent as a feature with cellular phone plans - would give you an allowance of MMS messages specifically because it uses data.

That said, these days RCS (and perhaps plain MMS, I don't know) ought to use WiFi if you're connected, and shouldn't count against your data allowance.

I hopped on their $20/6 month deal earlier this year. But my service is on Verizon.

I've been using their service for the last five months, and here is my experience:
Sometimes, I have to dial in twice to connect the call. Additionally, the internet can be very slow in the same location, which has frustrated me a few times.
Currently, I'm between jobs, but once I settle with a new job, I will likely consider switching to Visible or Mint.

This is one of the many MVNO "Mobile virtual network operator" and what that basically means is, T-Mobile / ATT etc provide the network / infrastucture / back-end and the MVNO provides the front end software and customer service.

I use MINT which uses T-Mobile / Verizon / ATT ? ..... not 100% sure, but I use the T-Mobile side of the network.

I am very pleased, but do plan on moving away from the $180 I pay MINT to something better priced like this.

I wouldn't worry too much about their front end software. It's the network on the back-end you need to concern yourself with.

For real? That's absurd.

And don't forget, it's $5/mo if you want hotspot.

I think that only works with plans not included in this special. I have had Infimobile for five months and I am happy with it. I was able to port my number from Mint in less than 10 minutes. I have the $99/year plan and I am thinking of getting this plan for my wife. She has Tello now which is OK, but this is much cheaper for more. I did have to pay additional taxes and I have not needed a hotspot yet, but there is an additional charge for that and some international calling.

Let's face it, IMO there are no perfect plans based on my experience, but for my situation the cost and service have been what I needed from Infimobile. I was hesitant to leave Mint by now I am glad I did as I am paying less for more.

NOT TRUE, some vendors( eg Entouch) the prioritize / throttle speed part-time/ full-time , depending on the contracts between major carriers and mvno's.
