What am I missing here? What makes this anything better than a terrible purchase price? Is something else included with the panel? 400w panels with almost identical specs are as low as $120 and even lower from many places.
Only value here would be if you just need one or maybe two, and the free delivery helps balance out the cost somewhat. Most places will only ship 10 panels of this size as a minimum, and the few that will ship less will charge more for shipping than for the panel. The odds of these surviving the shipping process in singles or pairs is pretty bad, though.
