OOS is typical for clearance items when viewing Online. When I bought a couple of these kits, for gifts, they were at the sale price in store a couple years ago. Thus YMMV. Over all, the kit is worth the discounted price. I don't care for the box it self as the tools snapped into the underside of the lid tend to fall out with the vibration of riding in a vehicle (my intention for the compact case) or bumped around when carrying.

If your store doesn't have this on sale, then the larger kit (likely just additional screw driver bits, is just a little more for 70 extra pieces.
