I used to love this brand then the same thing happened to me. But, then I realized it's because the shampoo was old. It was only used when I visited my cabin for vacation and the years had gone past and I didn't realize that shampoo goes bad even when still smells good

i have used the shampoo and conditioner previously and felt they were okay....im using the 2 in 1 now and i agree with the above that its garbage and it drying out my scalp

This stuff is poison
It ruined my scalp for like 6 years
I only used it like twice and I had silver dollar size sheets of flaking scalp for literally years and years that would not go away.
I would peel off huge sheets of dandruff flakes that were the size of nickels to silver dollars.
I would have to get under it with something and lift it off.
They should have been sued out of existence 15 years ago for this toxic crap.
There was nothing I could do to get rid of the problem it was an absolute nightmare.
