Everyone ready for another iteration of the same thing? I don't know why I do it every year, but it's been a good 4 years now where I literally can't tell the difference and just deal with a hassle of moving everything over and logging into everything for no reason.

I still haven't used any of the AI crap that came with the s24 ultra.

Man, you're doing it wrong. Log into Samsung Account, restore from cloud, up and running in no time (even restores my settings). Over 200 gigs on my phone between apps and storage.

why cheap out on something that you use a large amount of hours every day, every day of the year?

If they give good trade in-value you are not losing much to upgrade every year or two years.

Holding on to a phone for that long (10 years?!) is a joke.

Wait for S25 Ultra. The processor will have meaningful improvements in CPU and GPU over the previous generation and you'll get 42% better cooling with the larger vapor chamber rumored to be in the S25 Ultra.

If you're good with sticking with your current carrier, I would do it. trade in the 22 and get the 24 ultra, it's a good deal. You're not gonna get that higher trade-in value from Samsung. Wait till the Samsung event, and if you like the 25 Ultra, trade-in your S24 Ultra, which I'm sure is worth more than the S22 Ultra.
