5v/2A is a VERY standard amount of power for a USB wall charger/adapter. This price is cheap enough I suppose, but I'm willing to bet you already have a wall charger/adapter that outputs this much. If not, you can likely get a very reliable brand that puts out equal or more power for similar prices on other sites.
I've had fine success with Rocketfish for some things, but this isn't something you need to run out and get.

Agreed with all of this. 5V x 2A =10W. 10 watts is very low nowadays. I don't own a Switch but I imagine it would have a hard time keeping up with power usage.
You can get a charger like this (if you don't have 10 lying around already) for a couple bucks at any gas station or dollar store. Or you can upgrade for a couple bucks more to a charger with power delivery (PD).

IKEA has good 30W PD adapters for $7.99 for example.

Not that you need to get that, just an example of the ubiquity of better chargers available.
