Yes none in the last picture and 130% b12 daily value and 35% daily value iodine in the 2nd picture. That was the entire point of my comment...

Most B12 supplements start out at 1000 mcg....so roughly 300x that 130%, so again, probably not worth mentioning. The entire point of my comment.

And just living in the US you probably get a lifetime supply of iodine daily through your salt intake, so you might not need roasted seaweed after all if iodine was a concern.
