At least with the physical copy it *is* yours. You can lend it. You can sell it. You can watch it without anyone else watching you watch it.
With that said, I do prefer the physical disc as I believe the sound & video is far superior to a downloaded replay. Plus I still run things through a stereo receiver to enjoy both formats.
