Do not buy this for the Switch. My 6 year old was crushed by how laggy of a game this is. It's unplayable with loading screens taking 5 mins for 3 mins of play then repeat loading. This feels and plays like a free game designed for a mobile phone that was then ported (poorly) to the Nintendo Switch. Honestly, I wouldn't bear to play this if it was free.

For those who did not play - this game has good combat system, but the game does not create a lot of situations to fully use it. For me, it was a pain to play it on switch - I got a lot of stutters and freezes.

My son got it for Christmas and I call it the TMNT screen saver

Cowabunga collection or shredder's revenge (or even the Wrath of the Mutants arcade port) are much better options but as a fan I'll probably bite when this is $10 on the Ps5.

Maybe the switch 2 will remedy some problems but likely not.
