Reviews look good, 8 cup vs 3 cup, plus it's not like it's hard to return with amazon. My last roommate had the 3 cup cuisanart, sure it worked, but it took a lot time to do a lot of tasks, like making hummus, and the motor would smelled burned by the end.

Cuisanart isn't high end, it's alright-decent cookware for a fair price.

I have been using this for the last 10+ years. They are very good for chopping, mincing, and pureeing smaller quantities. Easy to wash and store.

actually, I like the Hamilton form factor better. Should be hardly any quality difference.
