Great hose for the length. I have several and they are really sturdy.
Yes it is regular price but I researched too many hoses and could not find a better hose with same length at such a great price so I thought I would share with y'all.

I bit the bullet and switched to all rubber hoses a few years back. Pricy, but totally worth it.
I agree. If you can still find an all black Craftsman Premium Rubber Garden Hose, they are hands down the best I have ever used. The ones I have are hexagon shape and apparently the new ones are round and not as good. I leave mine out year-round and they are going strong 10 years later.
Ace used to carry them, and maybe Lowe's, but I think, just like seemingly every damn product from every large corporation, they start making it cheaper to the point where they are no different than any other garbage out there. Not sure if it has happened with these, but it wouldn't surprise me.
I bought this in the spring as I had it at a prior house for around this price but then saw that Costco had a lay-flat version for the same price. Tried that out and damn....MUCH better experience when rolling it up on a cart.
This is in my garage begging to be returned to Sams but I keep forgetting to do so. That's how I feel about it. Again, it's good, but not as great as a flat hose at the same price.
Can you please provide the link for the Costco hose? Thanks

^^ this. i have a 15yr old hexagon craftsman and a 10yr old round. both sit outside year round and are still going strong. Just replace the O rings occasionally.

Glad to hear the round is at least decent. I was just going off of a review on the Sears website.

I totally agree the rubber hose is superior but they are Extremely heavy and not practical on a reel with wheels to move around or if you want to water a large area or treat huge lawn and have to pull it around. I have one rubber hose that I use as an extension from the hose bib to where the reel is located because I trust it won't break down laying on the ground exposed to sun and elements
But I won't put a 100 foot rubber hose full of water on a plastic reel it might collapse

Buy an Eley and stop buying hoses every 1-3 years. One of those purchases I hated when I made it, as it is not cheap, but my goodness it's the best hose I've ever owned, including the all rubber black craftsman.
I am not sure what flow you are expecting but I am just watering trees and treating lawn. I am not using in with a pressure washer or similar high flow applications
