From the prodcut page: Apply liberally 15 minutes before sun exposure, and reapply after 80 minutes of swimming or sweating, immediately after towel-drying, and at least every two hours.

I have seen that phrase about apply sun screen blank minutes before sun exposure before. Does anyone know why it is said to wait a certain period?
