Been keto >10yrs, artificial sweetener risk is way overblown outside of some stomach discomfort those may experience w/ erythritol, for example. Personally prefer monk fruit/erythritol & the new kid on the block, allulose, but you're fine w/ any of em if no GI discomfort.

Don't be surprised they ship the wrong flavor after all that waiting. Ordered the butter rum last month & they send cherry by mistake. On top of that there was no returns on that item.

I've been through all of them and I would say Choc Zero is my favorite. It uses Monk Fruit instead of sucralose.

You can get a 5 pack variety from their website for $38 shipped.

I used them for 6 months with no issues but started going cleaner. Now my morning iced latte is Coffee with espresso shot, splash of real vanilla extract, organic pumpkin spice, organic monk fruit drops, organic plain almond milk.

I'm open to any suggestions trying to make flavor coffee cleaner.

Exactly! Science has established a clear connection that being overweight will kill you. No such hard science for artificial sweeteners exists. It just doesn't. Show me a legitimate study that doesn't use terms like "possible" or "suspected". People should really shift their focus to losing weight and ignore the noise about specific ingredients, GMO's etc being "unhealthy". Being overweight is what will kill you, period.

I have the white chocolate one it ABSOLUTELY slaps. I also have the Torani white chocolate and it's honestly just as good if not better than the torani white chocolate. Never tried the other 2 flavors though curious what others have to say about them
