Same issue with me. If you really want to port out, contact FreedomPop, keep screenshot, and if porting failed again, contact FCC. I suspect FreedomPop prevents users from porting out. Also, make sure your line is freshly renewed at FreedomPop before requesting PIN and porting out.
I reached out to FP and confirmed both my account and PIN were correct. They mentioned it would take 48 hours to process the port-out, but I decided to give up. Can anyone PM me a visible code? I'd rather assist fellow Slickers than random folks on Reddit. 🙂

Was able to get the 4th to ship but that seems to be the hard limit.
If you still have time before the due date, it doesn't hurt to try the 5th. One can only have up to 5 lines under the same voice plan. If anyone has done 5 (some were lucky enough to achieve that last year), they'll have to choose a different plan. But no other plan is eligible for the iPhone promo.

This is the third day in a row I got oops error message called Metro and was told the port was stuck and they had to cancel the order and wait 24 hours to try again

If, after submitting the payment info, you get to the page where it asks you to call Metro because "your security is important to us", the problem has nothing to do with the port-in. It's just that their fraud prevention algorithm stopped your order.

Metro only allows one active order at a time. If there's a pending port-in request, it's considered an order in progress. For a failed order, the port-in request is usually cancelled automatically. Otherwise you'll have to call the port-in department at (800) 518-7519 to manually cancel it. As soon as that's done, you'll see the option of adding a line available after logging into your account.

My oops error message was immediately after putting in my port from carrier account number and Port pin number. Before trying to reorder again tomorrow I think I'll call the port department and make sure there's no pending orders before trying again. maybe I'll try ordering iPhone 14 if 13 gets canceled again.

Guess I'm not luck as other
Did you have any luck afterwards? In the same boat now. First tried Freedompop, No Go. Now, stuck on Visible port-out.

I'm not sure about what you guys mean by getting "stuck on Visible port-out". Did you get an email notification from Visible titled "Port Out Request"? Did your final page say "Please contact us to complete your order. Your security is important to us..." If both answers are yes, the problem is not with Visible. There's no point calling Metro to find out why - they won't tell you the truth, which is the system is preventing you from ordering for "fraud" prevention reasons. It's very difficult to overcome the hurdle if this is your 2nd/3rd/4th...order.

Been trying to get the 5th line but after the final page on checkout, it finally locks me out and tells me to call. But if I need to do a different plan, the iPhone would be full price so I guess this is the true limit.

Did the price show $49.99 (ip13) + $35 (plan) + tax before you submitted the payment? If so, the limit is still 5. You just failed the security check for your 5th order, as many of us have experienced even with the second order.

I hit the limit earlier last year. After 5, I wasn't able to select the same plan for the same promo. But I was able to add a new plan for which an Android promo was eligible. I have less luck this time. I couldn't think of any new ways to pass their "security" check for a 4th iPhone.

You were correct. Called Metro port-in department and confirmed Visible number was reserved. The Visible is not the culprit.

Yeah, it was still showing that promo price up to the final page before I got rejected. I've been trying different e-mails, address, phone numbers, credit card, name but just can't get through.

Is there anyone also port straight talk number to metro pcs? Metro pcs kept saying my straight talk port information is inaccurate, but I checked with straight talk, the port information is correct.

Has anyone opened two Metro accounts like I did? After trying to add a second line to both accounts unsuccessfully, one of my accounts on website now says it's ineligible to add any extra lines. Wonder if anyone else has had this happen. Metro website says to call the phone number to ask what the reason is for being limited to one line but of course the phone reps could not provide an answer
