Probably a brushed set of tools, but at this price, that's okay. For the average homeowner this will probably do just fine and at the price that makes it even better. Plenty of good reviews on the website as well. 2 years ago I picked up the last generation brushless drill/driver kit for $25. As far as I can tell, it's just a Ridgid/Milwaukee in white.
For those that don't know, Hart is made by TTI, the parent company of Ryobi/Rigid/Milwaukee.

That's a great deal, the only downside is just one small battery which won't do much in that saw. At this price though you can wait for a deal on another battery or grab another tool kit down the line. Either way you win.

From a previous deal I already had 2 2.0Ah batteries. I bought this for the saw. The previous deal was drill and impact driver. This drill is happily a bit smaller than the last one.
My feeling on the Hart tools is they are very good value at this price. They are clearly home owner grade stuff but that fine for home owner needs. I would want a second battery if this were my first Hart purchas. The saw is on the weaker side but still quite usable.

Was drill and impact driver also for $59.99, and did you get LED light with that

There's other Hart stuff on sale too. At my local Walmart they had a whole shelf full of their hand tools half off. Screw drivers, Allen wrenches, that kind of thing.
I ended up skipping those and just bought the 115 piece Hyper Tough home repair toolkit. It was marked down to $11.50~
I'll bet if you can find the 118 or 215 piece they are marked down too. i also saw gorilla glue and loctite glues marked down. and even picked up 2x Everstart Commuter Safety Kits marked down to $8.50~ from $17~

I had bought the previous set but ended up returning it because both of the batteries included would only error out when attempting to charge.
Looking it up I could have tried to contact the support, or try to jump the batteries to get their voltage up to be recognized by the charger instead of error but really I wasn't looking for all of that hassle so I just ended up returning the set.
SO if you do buy this be sure to save your reciept and then try to charge the batteries asap to confirm if the batteries charge, and as long as the batteries aren't failed then you're probably fine.
