Cheap because it is electronically long obsolete. Samsung S10 only? GMAB. Anker should recycle as electronic waste rather than pawn it off on unsuspecting users. Not worth the risk connecting to my devices.
S10 came out in 2019. Electronics still work. No problem with selling things that still work.
No! The page clearly states that it is limited to charging Galaxy S7 - S8 - S10 and ancient iPhones of the same era all of which are 15 watt phones. Device charging protocols have changed considerably since 2019 when this came out. The heart of any USB PD power supply is its charge controller chip. Get the latest generation to preserve battery life. Beyond that it has physical C port issues. It's huge. it's clunky, it won't stay in the wall thanks to the skinny folding prongs. Read the one stars which mention a host of quality control concerns on top of the compatibility limitations.
Or maybe some people think the idea of recycling these as ewaste, as timbertop suggested, is ridiculous hyperbole.
Kinda like suggesting that anyone who disagrees with them must be a shill...
Search for "Why avoid obsolete chargers" and "obsolete phone charger hazard". They shorten the life of your phone battery. Since 2018 when the a2029 was introduced charge controller circuitry has evolved considerably to address phone battery heating and premature battery death. The latest versions of Power Delivery have automatic device detection and the ability to switch protocols optimizing current and voltage which adjusts in small steps not just 5V-9V-15V-20V. This is less important for the larger battery in a laptop.
False advertising: The a2029 is not a "universal charger. It's passable as a laptop charger but if it's in your bag or drawer it's going to get connected to your phone. If you already have many cycles on the battery then the a2029 will hasten its demise. Otherwise the battery life lost with each cycle will vary by device.
I apologize if the ChargerLab test link and 95% of the post which followed the suggestion to recycle as e-waste was not helpful to you . Anker has been steadily dropping the price of the a2029 sine 2018 from $60 to $17 in an attempt to unload them. Users who go through the hassle of submitting a warranty claim has experienced admission from Anker that the thing is sub-par and have received a replacement without the problems of the a2029.

Samsung still selling a 15W charger for $16.99

Amazon regularly liquidates their 60-65W chargers for far less. And some of their Woot specials support 15V, too.

You want something like this: https://www.amazon.com/Anker-Fold...0BQLHGLG
There's also a cheaper version that's slightly bulkier but doesn't have folding prongs.
