I just started shopping for monitors because mine went out. That 32" for $109 seems like a great deal. Any input as to how good of a deal that is, or is that a typical sale price? I dont really care about fancy performance, my use is mainly web browsing.

Edit: I see someone mentioned 1080p... would that be a bad choice for a 32"?

If shopping 32" screens, I'd spend a little more for QHD or 4K resolution. You will notice a difference.

Apparently they're now owned by Southern Telecom [wikipedia.org].

My rule of thumb when getting 32" or bigger is to make sure the screen resolution is 1440p regardless of refresh rate. I don't like seeing things blown up.

Unless maybe you're sitting very far away 1080 at 32" is just not acceptable due to the pixelation at 70 pixels per inch. Text will look bad. You need at least a 1440p monitor or better yet 4k.

Yeah, i mean might as well buy a 32" tv since at this low of qualiry spec of the market, might as well have a tuner, smart feature, speakers and a remote control.

32" 1080p monitor showdown is the equivalent of a dance off at a nursing home.

fyi, i just scored an older 32 inch 1080p screen on the cheap. it looks fine generally, but the pixel density is going to be a noticeable thing especially if you sit rather close to the screen. for me, this this is little more than a backup or something i may use for work.
