Do not see coupon on vanilla bean. Strange.

EDIT: got 2 of these for $9. Looks like it took 25% off for each one. The 2 item had a 50% off coupon. Then S&S 15% so the 2nd item was 90% off and 1st one 65% off.

See Page 5 especially. 77% of plant-based protein powders tested positive for lead.

Given that Orgain is a popular brand, it's almost certain they tested it. But whether it's in the 77% that failed or 23% that passed is speculation.

Is this good for your health? (honest question)
I read about it and they say "Erythritol occurs naturally with the fermentation of fructose (fruit sugar)... When used as a food additive, erythritol is used at concentrations at least 1,000 times the natural levels found in food or our bodies."
How do we know how much of this is put in it?

Do your own research, I am an MD who uses protein powder daily but am very particular about what I use. The recent clean label report noted levels higher than acceptable limit. Even considering you may use this daily over years it is still probably not enough exposure to be clinically significant in most adults. Still certainly not ideally for anyone but giving this to kids is particularly wild imo

Thanks for pointing out the erythritol. This is bad stuff. I did not realize it was in there. I ordered it and it was a good deal but then I cancelled it due to the erythritol. Most plant-based protein powders do not contain erythritol.
