Only the one you're paying for will count in store towards the ecb offer. As far as I can recall, it has always been that way.

One more question about B1G1F offers. Instore, If 2 are $23 each (same item), and 2 are $15 each ( also same item), do I pay $46(2 highest prices), or $38 (1 of each set)? TIA

You would pay $38. CVS is at least reasonably fair on this!

Hello CVS experts,

Is CVS still following the 98% ECB rule for Buy $x get $y ECB deals ?

Looking to do the $5 ECB deal for Revlon and online checkout mentions that I need $0.01 to unlock the ECB on a $14.99 purchase with a buy $15 ECB deal.

EDIT : To answer my own question, 98% threshold triggered the ECB in-store.
