Had a couple of these for my junior high kids. One shoulder strap came unsewn a few months after I bought it and reached out to their customer service. Since I bought it about 100 days prior, it's past their 90 day warranty. They told me to pound sand. I'll never buy UA backpacks again. Adidas gives their backpacks a lifetime warranty.

I just tried it on that backpack and both codes work for me, but I think only for the one color since the other ones aren't on sale.

There are some youtube reviews. Sorry I didn't link them, but a quick search will get you what you need. I think there might be a zipper problem, but I can fix that if it happens, I got a tailor downtown that's great.

Look further into the "lifetime warranty" Adidas gives—it's a typical scam/gimmick that's intentionally worded to make you think it's forever. It's not.

Not saying yours didn't have a defect by my middle schooler has treated his hustle 5.0, well like a middle school boy would, for 2 years and I am amazed at how well it is doing.

Agreed. I borrowed my sons for a trip before I ended up getting a north face borealis for myself on a deal. The UA bag held the right amount and stored under the seat well enough and left me a little toe room since I am 6'1". I like the shoe pouch on the bottom which I don't have on my bag. Also works well for him when he has to bring extra shoes for XC/track

Got backpacks for both kids, went with the hustle 6 pro for my son, a giant sport water jug (we just bought one but often have overlapping sports), new water bottle for school for one kid, boys sweatpants, and a sweatband for me because I can't figure out why the damn fans are off half the time when I go to the gym and I am a sweaty dad.

Shoprunner shipping. Had a $10 reward. $75 out the door. 8% cash back. Man… just keep taking my money UA.

Got the Hustle Pro 6.0 in Coyote, looks great and fits up to a 16" laptop for $29 seemed like a good buy, hope quality is good.
