"Maximum Bench Weight Capacity including user is 350-pounds" < if you're a grown man with decent strength keep that in mind. If you're 180lbs the max you'll be able to do is 170lbs. The fact it also doesn't hold an olympic bar will have you wanting to eventually upgrade anyway. This is better suited for a teenager. If you know you'll be able to hit that relatively quickly, you're better off buying that squat rack they've got on here for $40 & waiting on a bench to go onsale (just the bench not a whole rack bench set up). Always check Craigslist I've scored some killer deals there....or hold out till yard sale season, early month yardsales you can find great equipment for nothing. In my opinion, you will regret spending the money on the standard bar and standard plates to use this bench, most want and use olympic once it gets heavy.
