Does the 13700 suffer the same issues as the desktop chips?

This seems like a pretty good deal, I'm thinking of returning the Asus Vivobook pro 15 I got and getting this instead. It's a bit more expensive but the screen resolution and refresh rate is worth it for me, along with the GPU upgrade from 3050 to 4060. The only thing I don't like about this laptop is the micro sd card slot. Especially on a 16" laptop it should have a full size SD card slot.

I have this PC and I really like it except the 2k screen is a little disappointing.

Closeups are very nice but viewing larger areas like landscapes from a distance is pixelated.

Does anybody know whether this Envy still have the notorious hinge issue or not?
Or has HP changed their flaw design in the newer Envy Series (and other Series too)?
