iPhone 12, 64gb, "Free" with port in and plan of $75 = $75
iPhone 13, 128gb, $49.99 with port in and plan of $75 = $125
iPhone 14, 128gb, $99.99 with port in and plan of $75 = $175
If you have a Visible line you can use a referral to get $20 off the $25 plan = $5 for the line and then you can port that into Metro.
Additional lines on Metro are $35 so add that to the cost of the phone above for the cost of additional lines. So additional iPhone 12 would be $35.
Various experiences on the success of adding lines to your Metro account, though. Some go through hell just trying to add one. Others can add three or four more.
Unlock does supposedly take a year now, and I don't think anyone can confirm yet that it will actually unlock if you get the plan/phone for the first month and then let your plan/account just die (because you don't set up auto-bill to renew after the first month unless you really want to) - but I don't think there's any reason to suspect it won't unlock.
That's the crux of it. Again, there are already a few posts existing, especially for the iPhone 12 deal, so your questions have been likely already been answered if you want to search those threads.
iPhone 13
Single Core: 2200
Multi Core: 5219
iPhone 14
Single Core: 2242
Multi Core: 5473
Trade in values are also very similar, with Apple offering $50 more for this (and it costing $50 more)

A year is such a long time. Other places will start discounting this and prob in 6 months same deal with faster unlock. I never understand the paper weight way.

Second those of us using an iPhone as our DD will have this as an excellent backup phone in a year.
RSim seems to unlock these now for immediate use on T-Mobile.
