iPhone 12, 64gb, "Free" with port in and plan of $75 = $75
iPhone 13, 128gb, $49.99 with port in and plan of $75 = $125
iPhone 14, 128gb, $99.99 with port in and plan of $75 = $175
If you have a Visible line you can use a referral to get $20 off the $25 plan = $5 for the line and then you can port that into Metro.
Additional lines on Metro are $35 so add that to the cost of the phone above for the cost of additional lines. So additional iPhone 12 would be $35.
Various experiences on the success of adding lines to your Metro account, though. Some go through hell just trying to add one. Others can add three or four more.
Unlock does supposedly take a year now, and I don't think anyone can confirm yet that it will actually unlock if you get the plan/phone for the first month and then let your plan/account just die (because you don't set up auto-bill to renew after the first month unless you really want to) - but I don't think there's any reason to suspect it won't unlock.
That's the crux of it. Again, there are already a few posts existing, especially for the iPhone 12 deal, so your questions have been likely already been answered if you want to search those threads.
iPhone 13
Single Core: 2200
Multi Core: 5219
iPhone 14
Single Core: 2242
Multi Core: 5473
Trade in values are also very similar, with Apple offering $50 more for this (and it costing $50 more)

All ppl did it for trade-in purpose?
i think they have since fixed that loop-hole.
if anyone reports of recent expierence, i would change my post
Must be a recent change. Metro locked Samsung phone I got back in May still worked with T-Mobile natively.
Unless you plan to use with Metro for a year to unlock, 13 or 14 is NOT a hot deal for any other purposes.
For 6 separate lines?

And no, I don't sell phones, just use these cheap phones for future trades.
I guess I need an hobby now.
How to unlock it?

How do you unlock it easily ?
Not sure if you mean separate lines with Metro - each additional line is $35 with Metro and can have up to 5-lines. Helps average out your cost.
If you are able to manage an Insider discount (20% lifetime), 3-line Go5G+ is $120/month and then you add BOGOs as they come along to bring the average down. Older plans with kickbacks are good for the monthly costs but phone prices are discounted only by 25-30% for trade in. There was a good deal just recently for new lines for such old plans. But they have been quite rare.

Do you have link for this by chance, I'm currently stuck on Magento ( with insider %) with 2 paid and 2 free paying 115 per month ...and no major upgrade deals 😔
