Customer care sucks. All corporate wants target US customer. But they outsourced customer care to other countries. They got paid based on our business.

Lyca is T-Mobile MVNO w/ lowest tier priority. If you going to do E-sim, DO NOT use Lyca, moving to new phone will be a nightmare. All of these smaller MVNOs will have terrible customer service, not just Lyca.

People complaining about these companies cs are the same people complain about Spirit airlines, cheapazz expecting world class service, LMFAO.

Verizon prepaid currently offer $25/$30 on unl and unl plus for 1 yr, deals are only available through local dealers, they pretty much everywhere near you, google is your friend. great way to support local business. Unl plus is a great deal, 50GB guarantee 5G UW fast speed, 25GB hotspot, 1 Global calling country of your choice.

unl plus is $30, not $25, and there will be taxes and fees. this is also depend on your local verizon prepaid dealer, some charge more or less, but no more than $3 extra. so it should be less than $33 per month.

From the last post in that thread:

"Seems to be a bit of confusion here - the deal was 12mth/$180 for unlimited data, not just 5GB. The 12/mth/$180, unlimited is currently not available - but the 5GB, 12mth/$180 is."
