Why would you thumb down a deal that clearly says YMMV? Such behavior discourages others from posting items that may be available for some and not for others. Unless of course, you feel $1,999 isn't a good price for a $5,499 item, for those that can find it.

Bought 5 of them for my business all 5 broken with 6 months and no repair shop local that works on them which a waste of money I ended up buying Toro z turn replacements that have good customer service

That is not correct. I went to a store and purchased, then had it shipped. Once it arrived it didnt have batteries and called the store. They said they were all stolen and didnt have any. I said take it back and ordered from another neighboring Lowes and it came with the 4 batteries for this advertised price. They actually had two more too they said.

If you can get this for that price buy it. I have this and love it. I have 2 extra 5AH so 50AH total and I can do my flat .8 acre yard in 40%. Quiet. Charges fast. Happy with it.

I went to our local Lowes and saw it sitting outside, I passed on the deal as at the time the online orders were shutdown. Yesterday I ordered one online when I realized the offer was back up. I elected for free assembly and shipping to my door. If it does not show up looking brand new I will deny the delivery but really hoping that will not be the case!
