Why would you thumb down a deal that clearly says YMMV? Such behavior discourages others from posting items that may be available for some and not for others. Unless of course, you feel $1,999 isn't a good price for a $5,499 item, for those that can find it.

Bought 5 of them for my business all 5 broken with 6 months and no repair shop local that works on them which a waste of money I ended up buying Toro z turn replacements that have good customer service

Decided to roll the dice and got a z6 mower delivered. Came fresh out of a covered crate. All march 2022 batteries NIB with sequential serial numbers. Filled up the tires to 32 psi front and 7 psi rear. Took it out on the driveway and the rear tires are thumping like they are out of round. I guess this is from sitting in the crate for nearly 3 years?

Same date as mine but mine came assembled....not sure if wheels are same as the new z6 wheels...and if it is easy to buy one....

Not sure what exactly you're trying to say here. I think the wheels are probably ok but the tires aren't quite round anymore. I'm contemplating trying to deal with ego service or just upgrade the rear tires to something better (several posts on Reddit about the stock tires slipping too much in the grass)

I thought wheel and tire come as one piece...great if tire can replace without wheel replacement...yeah...the stock tire doesn't have good traction....tried out the yard with little snow and little bit hill ...it slipped a little bit...

Well Lowes canceled since they can't find the batteries. They had three in the crate and batteries missing from all of them.

Lowes just canceled saying "there is a recall" on them. The store associate said he had another person with the same issue. Rather disappointing.

Talked to my local store as I was trying to get the mower marked down to a reasonable amount since it was missing the batteries, charger and anything else that came with it. They marked the order for pickup when they knew it was missing everything and didn't bother to clean up the bird poop all over it.


As for the missing batteries, not sure why many Lowes decided to assemble everyone one of these and then either leave the batteries and charger up high on a rack outside, or put them in the cage and eventually they probably move them somewhere else when they are collecting dust and the mower doesn't sell for 2-3 years.

Got the call from my local Lowes this morning that my online order that was scheduled to be delivered Friday will be moved out on a week by week basis because the item is on back order. So chances are very high that it is going to be canceled.

He wanted a grand and offered to order other things at cost. I might be willing to pay $500 like others here did, but based on the condition no way I'm paying $1k. The manager is living in La-La land thinking he will have no problem unloading it for $1k when he couldn't get rid of any for slightly higher last summer.

I was told there was an organized group, who was just walking in the back of the stores, grabbing the boxes with batteries from the "crated" units and walking out. My batteries came from the demo unit.

My order was scheduled for last Friday, lowes changed it the day before and scheduled for this morning, now I just got a call from my local store saying all the mowers were "recalled" and unable to be sold. Not a bad deal for lowes, holding onto thousands of dollars and making interest for 2.5 weeks, then just give back the principle. Lowes sucks!
