These are all old, brushed models. Keep this in mind if you are considering purchasing. The batteries are old, non-high output, too.

Got this deal last year. It's a lot of functionality for the money. I have 18v stuff too so I'm not asking much from the brushed motors and don't care. Added a pin nailer recently and it isn't complaining about these basic batteries either.

Don't let brushed models discourage you. This set is at a great price for starters who do only light amount of work: assembling furnitures, light trimming of trees, etc. The four out of 5 tools (except for flashlight) are the most frequent used ones.

I recommend this set for light usage.

Agreeing with all the positive comments. Despite this being old technology, relatively speaking, it's tried and true. If you are starting out as a dyier or a new construction job as an apprentice. These will make do till you make some money to buy better versions.

there is a 4 tool one that has the
drill
driver
dremel
sawzall
2 batteries and charger for 179
drill bit set as well
i kinda like that one better i feel like the ratchet and your impact are kind of redundant.

Use to be excited for this but over time they just fell apart and I've pretty much abandon this line. Had knockoff batteries that lasted longer that the official batteries. Tools just utterly fall apart like the cordless dremel like tool, that's kinda what just killed it for me. I can go get any other red colored tool system and its light years ahead of this even the fueled versions meh. The 12v line is okay if you absolutely can not compromise on size and weight ( I used to travel more for work and small size helped) but that's about it, portability/size. Otherwise just go find anything else and be happier.
