Of course, I had TMobile with Mint. However, I also have TMobile with Infimobile. I can say Mint was good and I had it for 4 years, but occasionally while out locally (Central DE) the signal would drop or simply not connect. Granted I have only had Infi 5 months, but so far it has not happened once. Also, I am a senior light user. I was paying a little over $200/year for 5gb of data per month. The plan I got with Infi has 10gb of data and I paid about $111/year. Again, I am not a heavy user that needs a lot of data, but getting double the data at about half the cost made me give Infi a shot. So far, knock on wood, I have not been disappointed with my decision.

Do I need to wait for the package to be delivered to port the existing number? or Can I just contact the customer service with the order number to port in with eSIM option?

I'm seeing $4 shipping with no way to change it on mobile Amazon. Anyone seeing a way to change the shipping?

Tia!
I'm on mobile browser (i hate Amazon app) without prime, & it shows 120 + 9.xx tax & free shipping for me (it defaults to like $7 shipping, but i can change it to a free option). There's a trick to prevent an Amazon link from opening the app, so u can open it in the browser, but you'll have to look up how (i can't remember, but i did it on my mom's phone for her a while ago). Try that, if u can't get it to change otherwise.

Edit: on a quick search, here's some suggestions for iPhone. They may work on Android, too, but there's specific options u can disable in settings in Android, just do a Google search:

Did they ever fix their MMS sending and receiving problems? I contacted customer support multiple times while I was with them and they could never resolve my issue. Happened on both iPhones and Android.

from what i can tell.

all items are sold by Infimobile.

some items are Ships from Infimobile

some items are Ships from Amazon.

those that are ships from Infimobile will have $4 shipping.

those that are ships from Amazon will have free shipping.

Got the 12 month deal back in september/october for little less than this +portin from mint (unltd 5G plan).

Was mint customer since their inception & gradually just kept either upgrading/charged more for the same plan.

Well it started going over the $250 threshold for me & switched over here & saving a lot more $$.
Service is the same, data feels the same 5G unlimited (dont go streaming movies or anything like that) but emails, browsing & music is always fast.

It just reminds me of mint/metropcs when they were starting out - hungry & offering the same level of competitive service

Anyone know how soon you need to activate? Mint mobile plan is running up in about 2.5 months

That's weird. For me, it got signal as soon as it told me the transfer was complete. Maybe try to reboot your phone?

Two things:
1. Place an order with promo code.
2. Login to your account and activate the line with activation code.
3. You will get the options to select:
A: Get new number.
B: Port your number. You need to enter account no and PIN.

YMMV - e-sim activation will complete very soon.
