Same as the 50 year old Craftsman tools you have now

Call CS, give them the model number off the tool.

If it's still in stock, they send you the replacement.

If stock is depleted, they give you a couple of part numbers that are similar replacements to choose from.

Metric socket set, few feet of stainless steel wire, and roll of 2" Gafters Tape.

There is not too much you can fix on the side of the road with a modern vehicle; but if you can change the battery or tie up the dragging exhaust...

Like most warranties, they will replace with similar priced models. Lifetime warranty will still be honored even after the same model is discontinued.

this stuff is amazing and easily worth it for the price. dont worry about the warranty you will not break this stuff unless you are using a pry bar.
