Sure looks like it. It's still $10 less than this and includes the 30w. Not sure if it's the exact same model but it looks to have similar specs.

The GaN in the newer one this posting refers to Galium Nitride which is what enables newer chargers to be much smaller and handle heat more efficiently than the older ones.
Either way, mine doesn't get super warm, even when charging something at full load - I've had "normal" (non-GaN) chargers get far hotter. You aren't going to be able to charge something without any heat ever being produced, the key is managing it.
