A simple Google search will provide you with all and even more information that a minority of members here can ever provide. This isn't a damn social club where great ideas are shared. Forget it if you want to charge from solar. It has a proprietary connector that you have to buy an adaptor for that's costly and inconvenient - they are bulky and attach to the side of the unit. I would skip the unit for that alone...

Yes, the maximum charging power of 400W is ridiculous. You spend $59 to buy a function module that should be included in the product, and it's a limited edition function. Oh!

I admit I definitely don't know and read through the comments and even did a quick search to see if this would fit my needs. From what I saw in the title, OP, and description it seemed like it could possibly be like a small power source similar to a generator -- something I've held off on buying because I don't really understand how it all works.
But it's something I've been wanting to invest in being a few miles from the coast in hurricane territory. So I was trying to figure out if this could help in that situation. Search showed a refrigerator would need 700 to run, 2200 to start so I thought this would work for that but not much else However, someone posted 400W max. So yeah, I'd definitely ask in this case if it looks like people with experience or expertise in this area might be able to help. But of course I also understand how pages of people asking very simple questions can be annoying (ex: is this better than Costco's price?).

Depends on your use case. The Ecoflow River 3 is low cost, small, light weight, and extremely portable. It's great for home office uninterrupted power supply (UPS) applications, providing a centralized charging station for your electronic devices, etc. The DJI Power 1000 is quite a bit bigger and heavier, but handles greater power needs (such as corded power tools). Depending on your frame, you may not want to lug it around much.

My own use case is to run cellular internet and Wi-Fi routers for a concession stand with Point of Sale (POS) devices and digital signage for a full day. I also use a similar Internet/Satellite TV setup at football tailgates. The DJI Power 1000 alleviates any kind of "range" anxiety I would have to handle the job that I would need it for. Actually, the DJI Power 500 or Anker Solix C800 would have met my needs perfectly in a smaller form factor. However, I saw more "bang for the buck" in getting the DJI Power 1000 at this occasional sale price of $379 plus tax.
