Love new balance but I won't be ordering from this site again unless I'm 100% sure of the size - the return policy is weird, you have to pay return shipping for one and there is no return form to fill in, you just send your stuff back and wait. Which is what I'm doing now, uncomfortably waiting for a credit to show up on my visa with no kind of tracking.

Amazon ranges from 98-130
I remember seeing them before on black friday i believe at around 80
So $88 it is a good price

I have been waiting in 1080s to fall below 80s.. Cheapest during BF @NB Outlet was $76 but only in white. I would have snag if it's black. For $88, definitely a good price

What's the difference between the Utility model ?

If you get a choice between Brooks Glycerin or 1080 for daily / gym treadmill.. which one is a better choice ?

They are both decent, durable running shoes! I personally prefer NB over Brooks only because of the lower heel/toe drop (I am suffering from a knee injury)

top banner says free shipping on all orders. it did "price" the shipping in, but discounted it on the checkout page, so it didn't affect anything.

Yeah, it's dumb. Call them, that's what I did and they issued the credit to me. They just asked for the shipping number and order number so have that ready.

Wow, I just ordered a pair of 1080v13s two days ago without that extra 20% off. They haven't even arrived yet and they refuse to apply the 20% off. I asked if I have to order another pair and send the first pair back if I want the discount and they said yes. With their sketchy return process they know you're not going to send them back. It would probably cost me more than the $20 I'd save. I will definitely think twice before ordering from them again. I'm buying this pair for walking but I think I'll be switching back to Brooks for my next pair of running shoes.

My single worst return experience ever. I paid them to return shoes that were not close to size. Ship from one location , take returns to the farthest reaches of the north east. Would have ended up ahead just dropping them at Goodwill.
