This isn't a beacon. Not a lawyer but you control it with hand motions.

I don't care about arguing on the Internet, just if anybody is looking to buy a drone, you don't need a phone to use it. This wasn't clear to me when I bought it and it's a huge plus.

We unload the mountain bikes, turn on the drone and go.

Obviously not where prohibited or around emergency responders.

I think technically if you buy one of those $20 Chinese things from Walmart, you're still required all the trust stuff it just becomes more important. The higher end it gets because you can do more. With the neo you can actually connect it to real controllers and go for distance and speed.

if you're part 107 you can actually self-certify these as a category 1 drone and use them over people

Already done lol. I actually just hooked the neo up to the goggles and fpv controller for the first time today. For me it is mostly cheaper to crash this than my other drones so it is more for practicing but I like having options. I also saw one of these survive a 400ft drop test. Note this will reach terminal velocity in about 17ft but 400ft sounds cooler for YouTube

I am loving this drone. I originally just got the neo but then upgraded to the fly more combo. It's just un to fly. I don't really make a lot of videos with it yet.

I had one battery die after the first use. It's being replaced under warranty. I also bought a 4th battery.

I had one battery die first use. I am getting it replaced. Fun drone to fly. Batteries suck. I now own 4. Love flying it with the remote control.

Is this the drone that if it crash, it will be OK?

I have the Mini 3 non-Pro and I love it. I sold my Mavic 3.

I use it take 360 photos and develop the 35 DNG photos.

It looks like this is "CPS Extended Warranty" not DJI Care. So, it's some third party BS that's probably hard to claim. The same stuff you're always saying no to when you buy a toothbrush online.
