It's not listed anywhere on the Home Depot page, that's why I asked if anyone knows. The HD page says it is a random orbit polisher, but it actually looks like it is 2684-20 which is a DA polisher.

DA is the same as random orbit. It both spins and oscillates back n forth.

Amazon shows 2864-20 as the polisher.

Lol random orbital and dual action is the same. It's not a rotary polisher. This one is a lot easier and safer for paint especially for beginners.

It does list what it is. In the Product Information, model # 2962-20, 2684-20, 48-11-1862

Damn this is a nice set with the mid torque and the two 6.0 batteries.

Really want the DA polisher but have the impact and enough 6.0s.

If you go to page 2 of the 'Question and Answer' section you can find someone has already asked the same question and Milwaukee has responded as well.

I would rather have the high torque impact like the one from a few days ago that sold out.

Mid-torque will do just about anything the average person needs. If you have a farm or operate heavy machinery sure get the high torque but for most home owners there's no need.
