I'd recommend going with LG's delivery for this one. I ordered the same TV during the last deal, and I opted for store pick up at Best Buy. I choose the store pick up option because I didn't want LG to cancel the order. Some people's orders were cancelled. I had noticeable green tint on my panel, and LG wouldn't exchange it. My only options were to pack it up and return it to the store or work with LG's customer service to receive a panel swap. I went with the second option which I'll discuss further in a later paragraph.

If I would've returned the TV to Best Buy, I would lose out on sales price because Best Buy's systems aren't set up for 1:1 exchange with LG Partner Store or Samsung.com purchases since the orders didn't originate from their POS. Return the product, wait for the refund, and place another order from the Partner Store. I contacted LG and the Partner Store by phone and email. LG wouldn't exchange the TV. Best Buy couldn't process a pick up and exchange order after. Also, I don't know which Return Policy window is correct. On the LG Partner Store it states 15 days to return the product, but the email I received from the Partner Store states its 30 days. If would've had it delivered, LG wouldn't have an issue exchanging the TV. It's quite frustrating.

So I opted to contact LG's customer service via Twitter and their Office of the President Request form. After explaining the situation and how I wasn't pleased with the service I received from various LG reps etc, they submitted a ticket to exchange my panel. I receive a phone call from my local service center, and I explain the issue. I also send some photos of the issue, and they place an order for a panel replacement. Two weeks go by, and the service center brings the replacement panel. The green tint is noticeable worse on this panel so I contact LG again for a second panel replacement. Now I'm waiting for the replacement panel to be delivered. I'm praying this is the last panel swap I have to deal with because it's annoying that my wife and I can't enjoy our TV. We also sold the S95B 65" locally because the G4 77" was replacing it. I'll post an update once the panel is replaced.
I wish these deals were available at Best Buy or Costco because the exchange process is easier to deal with. Good luck if you decide to place an order through the LG Partner Store. Lastly, I don't know if the G4 77" will be lower than $2199 so if you're interested in it, now's the time to buy.

I received a reply text with a link to the 10% off coupon within seconds but it was "not a valid promo code" when I tried to use it on this TV.

I ordered it back when it was 2350. Amazing tv. Coming from a LG CX, it was a bigger upgrade than I thought it would be.

My advice is to order it but pick it up at best buy. Rent a truck or U-Haul. Just don't wait on LG to deliver it.

Is it too late to return it? I'd return it and get the G4 77" for the MLA improvements and 5 year panel warranty.

I'd skip it. LG uses Handy service for their TV installations so you don't know who you're going to get or if they'll show up at all. You'd be better off hiring Best Buy or a professional AV installer to mount your TV.

Can someone share a link for the web page to sign up for text notifications? Can't seem to find it anywhere.

Justified price increase over the C3 at $1499? Looking at RTINGS not seeing much visual difference in HDR brightness on the images. I feel like its just a warranty and antiglare benefit here?
https://www.rtings.com/tv/tools/c...2?usage=12
So far the c4 we have been using appears to be bright enough for our needs in a room with 2x glass walls to the outside.

Also i havent been able to get any of my text 10% codes to work for the TV. Let me know if anyone has one that works they want to part with. Been unable to get LG store chat to function yet this AM. They have sent me 5% off previously.

Almost pulled the trigger, if it weren't for the sold-separately stand costing $180.

The stand is free fyi. I stand corrected: the stand setup is free but the stand costs 180$.
Would say for the price of this tv hard to beat even with the stand cost

Thank you!!

Have been looking for a tv. This is a really good deal for anyone looking!
