OP, did you qualify for the previous Pepper offer?
I qualified for the previous but not this round

Things to know:
Credits posted day after transaction posted for me
Pepper will show as Moocho under retailer (rebranded, still qualifies)
Amazon Fresh gc can be used on Amazon

Check the point multipliers daily, they can vary. I bought when Amazon fresh had 12x points. I have seen up to 20x points (on other retailers)

Points do expire if not accrued or used
Is the license thing a requirement for all accounts? I pass - I don't like such companies. In 6 months they will send a notice saying that they had a data breach and my information was compromised and they will offer to enroll in some credit monitoring service. No - thank you - not interested!
thanks nice deal. bought a $200 amazon gc with the 8x bonus.
-30 for the amex offer - and another 35 off for the points I will get in a few weeks.

Comes out to be about $145 for 200 bucks GC. not bad at all.

Yes I admit I don't know the specifics about your own particular account. You didn't actually believe I knew that did you? You asked....I answered.

It has nothing to do with Flux and Pepper. The same applies to all types of business. Skydio employees call us and complain about DJI drones. Target employees complain about Walmart customer service. Everybody knows this.

All I am saying is the merchant can easily distinguish legitimate complaints about products and services vs. those that trying to persuade them from doing business with someone. That's pretty shady if you ask me.

I don't want to work for Pepper and I don't believe you work for Flux.
If it has nothing to do with Flux or Fluz or whatever you call it, then why bring it up? And as an AMEX customer for years who spends thousands a year with them, my opinion would probably have some weight. I don't know why that bothers you. All of this could have been avoided if PEPPER had any clue about how to run a company. If you would do a little research, you would find many, many complaints matching my own.

I'm going to refer you to my original comments (with clarification); that should be sufficient to address the only part of your comments that I replied to. I use the browser, I don't TU/TD or even see them.

Quote from Fogmoose :
I notified AMEX that they should consider not doing AMEX OFFERS with PEPPER going forward, as it reflects badly on them.
Quote from kensteele :
So that's how it works? A Fluz employee (obviously not you) can just call up Amex and ask them to stop doing business with Pepper, their competitor?

You had a poor experience, it happens; there are tons of us who are having a great experience. For all we know, there could be something wrong with your Amex card.

Apple's recent reviews mention fraud. I wanted to try it, but they require ID verification and registration of a credit card.

Does the $20 off $200 has to be in single transaction or multiple transactions are fine? Anyone knows.

Bought $75 amazon couple days ago. Received Amazon gc immediately and loaded to account. Just checked and credit already posted. I don't know what all the scam complaints are about but it went about as smooth as it could possible be for me. If I don't get the $6 in points to work it's still a great deal.

hmm. just did the buy $200 Amazon fresh with the $20 off $200.

As another data point and to review what others have said:

$200 - Price Paid
-$30 Amex Credit
-$16 Pepper 'Bonus Points'
-$20 (Pepper $20 back for Spending $200)
= $124 Net Paid

not bad. Ill just get something else i would use with the bonus points.

I tried using the 3 digit code on my Amex but it still says declined after Safekey verification.

The only hiccup that I ran into was that I added my wife's Amex to my Pepper app and then tried to add that same card for my wife's Pepper account. It would not let me add it to her account. My fault for trying to squeeze out some referral bonus. I guess they have some automated checks in place.

Ended up adding her card back onto my account and made a 2nd purchase to get 30 off 75. Ended up with a total of $150 Amazon GC and spent $90. Not counting the points from Pepper or the signup bonus to my calculation.

I'm stuck with same issue. It says card already on system and reach out to customer care. I have been trying to talk to a customer care agent from past 3 days but none of my calls were answered, never got a call back. Haven't got responses to emails either. As someone else mentioned earlier, looks like they don't have any customer care/support/help staff at all.

Didn't do this last time I had the offer, so got the offer again.

Wasn't sure about this time after reading some negative experiences. Decided to do it. Bought $200 Amazon. Whole thing took a couple minutes, from downloading to having the money in my Amazon account.

Thanks!

ETA: Now I'm seeing an offer for spend $100, get $20 back within first 15 days. Has anyone done both offers successfully?

Had 8 amex offers but CP+ only added 3.....lost 5 of these T_T

Looks like I have 2 new user exclusive offers:
1) Spend $200, get $20 (I get the $20 via points later on right?)
2) Spend $50, get $10 5x (looks like it just deducts $10 when buying $50 gc, paying $40)

Bought 3x$85 amazon fresh (8x multiplier), each cost $45 ($85-$10-$30amex offer)
Bought 2x$50 amazon fresh (8x multiplier), each cost $40

So.... bought $355 amazon gc and paid $215 for it! or "$195" after I get the $20

loaded all gc to amazon account with no issues

So I see this as well. I bought only 100 card and I see $24.00 in pending points. What does you pending points say after you bought a $200 card? Did you get both the $100 and $200 bonuses?
