There's no evidence for this asides anecdotal, vinegar is essentially neutralized in the stomach because the stomach's natural hydrochloric acid is much stronger than the acetic acid found in vinegar. Please go to your doctor if you have kidney stones, we're not in mid 1700's England that we need to find home remedies for issues such as these.

Aside from the normal uses, this is one of the main things recommended to help pass kidney stones, don't ask how I know . Definitely in for this, not something I want to have to go get if it's needed, like during the blizzard last week.

Does it work for you although it is not clinical proven?

Since Amazon sells so many kitchen staples close to expiration date when it's a great deal; when someone gets your shipment plz post the expiration date out here to help others if deal lasts awhile. Thx

I ordered some a few weeks ago in S&S that is supposed to come today. We'll see what it is.
Though really, vinegar is something were the expiration date is really meaningless.
I use quite a bit of the ACV for canning each year, so this is a fantastic price. My main concern is seeing if Amazon can actually get the 1 gallon jugs to my house without them busting. I ordered 4 gallons and they shipped them all together. I assume these probably come 4 to a case but I can almost guarantee that Amazon just threw 4 of them in a giant box. The tracking info hasn't changed so I'm assuming one of them busted open.

It expires on 01/01/∞
It's vinegar, just like honey, salt and sugar it doesn't expire.

Most people wouldn't know that they have a kidney stone until it starts to pass. The reason people advocate using ACV is that it supposedly helps prevents kidney stones, not that it cures it. My urologist gives me a list of foods to avoid and some of these "home remedies" as you call it to prevent future stones. IME, limiting my salt intake gives me the best result.

Keep trusting your boss, Mr Rockefeller, with this type of logic
