Walmart is just like this. I think they put dented cans in a pile and send them for all the shipping orders.
Those are great for loading up and even pre-baking to melt the meat and cheese together.

But for real, they are most definitely smashed to smitherines in the mail. More like a plate of nachos instead of tacos for dinner.
These are delicious though. The ranch ones not so much. I'll try the jalapeno ones next time thanks.
I've gotten a couple boxes of these, and other sizes, for a taco bar... at least 1-2 shells in every box broken.
Not a big deal, just put them aside at put onto a plate by the dips
