This is 240hz vs 180 for the AOC, AOC probably has better picture quality and HDR but this would be better if you play a lot of competitive FPS games and whatnot

I'm not sure about the Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez you're referring to, and as much as I'd rather not support HP as an ethical company. HP enhance is one of the best image sharpening software I've seen. Great detail. Didn't notice a drop in frame rate. Though, for me, if you're going for visual experience, for me, blacks are most important. I'd get a mini led(at least 1k dimming zones) or an OLED. IPS and edge lit-will make blacks glow like a lightbulb. The brighter it gets, the worse it gets
