The Evo Select has a slightly lower advertised max read speed at 130MB/s while having the same UHS-I, U3, A2, V30 certifications. Unless you're playing back Bluray REMUX footage or some other high bit-rate media, there likely would be very minimal difference.

For a dashcam you should get Endurance. The fact that you're constantly writing on it is why Endurance will last you longer than this one will before having to replace it.

Samsung is selling for $59, so good price. And you won't need Prime for free shipping to get this since it is over $35 (at least in US). I have a 512 like this in my ThinkPad as a second drive - waiting for a similar deal for a 1TB card.

If you are using these microsd cards for gaming consoles, then there isn't a need for the Ultimate version. Wait for evo/pro version to go on sale for $30 or less.

No doubt this is an amazing deal. But I think too much emphasis is being put on its U3 standard as opposed to the new generation of the UHS (Ultra High Speed) standard ie UHS 2 vs the UHS 1 which this card is. Where "2" is exponentially faster… Though some older devices may not be able to upgrade to the UHS 2 memory card.

That being said, I bought this… 512kb for less than $50… 👍
